eRxClinic – REFUND POLICY

All purchases for access to the eRxClinic platform are for digital services and are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or access has been granted.


Due to the nature of digital products and instant account activation, we are unable to offer refunds for:

- Change of mind after purchase  

- Unused account access or credits  

- Failure to use the platform after activation  

- User-side technical issues (device, browser, or internet-related issues)


We may consider refunds only in limited cases such as:

- Duplicate payments made in error  

- Technical issues preventing account activation  

- Verified billing or processing errors
